Laptops can be forced to shut down. Generally, laptops will have a power button, which can be pressed and held; you can also use the key combination of [win] + [R] to open the run, enter [cmd] to open the command prompt; then enter [shutdown] /s] command, and then click Enter, the computer will shut down within 1 minute.

1. The notebook will have a power-on button. If the system freezes and becomes unresponsive, you can try to hold it down without letting go. Generally, a forced shutdown can be achieved after 3 seconds;
